The show is held twice a year, which is the largest featured food and beverage trade show in the United States,winter show is held in San Francisco on the west coast in January and summer show is held in New York on the east coast in June. Each show will attract about 19,000 to 32,000 people from fancy food, wine, department stores, supermarkets, restaurants, mail-order and other related industries, and 87 percent of them are business decision-makers or people who can influence the purchase decisions of enterprises. At the show, purchasers can see 50,000 fancy foods from all over the world.
